Serving all of San Diego County, Alliance Heating & Air Conditioning is based out of Santee and has been family owned and operated for over 25 years. Founded in 1984 by James Rotter, the company quickly grew strictly on a referral basis, with no advertisement needed. Hard work and dedication to his clients, has made Alliance a top competitor in San Diego County. Survived by his wife and children, James passed away April 18th 2009. The family decided to continue Jim’s journey and maintain the family business. The company was recently incorporated as of December 2010 naming Gena C. Rotter, President, Michael James Rotter, VP and Sarah Rotter, Secretary & Treasurer.
